The management, executives, owners of property, owners of livestock, promoters and their employees shall not be held liable for any injury or death sustained by the Athlete while participating in the Rodeo event. The Athlete assumes all risks associated with participating in the Rodeo, including, but not limited to, the risk of physical injury or death. The Athlete agrees to release and hold harmless the Owners from any claims, damages, or lawsuits arising from the Athlete's participation in the Rodeo event. This provision shall be binding on the Athlete, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
