2024 Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the 2024 8 Seconds Juneteenth Rodeo. This event will take place on June 16, 2024.

The 8 Seconds Juneteenth Rodeo is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the legacy of black cowboys. Vendors play a crucial role in making the event a success and fostering connections with the community through various initiatives.

Applications will be carefully evaluated based on several criteria, including the originality and appeal of the product, professional presentation, table space availability, category availability, and financial stability.

To participate as a vendor, you must submit an application for each table you would like to have. The application serves as a request for consideration, not a binding agreement. The final decision on vendor acceptance will be communicated, along with any additional information that may be needed.

Non food vendors: 
Vendors will be tabling at event, space is limited. 
Vendors will set up and tear down same day. Doors open to public at 3pm, rodeo begins at 7pm. 
Audience size: 7200
Table space costs $200 and does not include tickets to rodeo.
Table and two chairs included in vendor fee.
 
Food vendors: 
Options still TBD, food carts and beer garden space may be available outside before the rodeo, but this is not yet finalized.
