Thank you for your interest in vending at the 8 Seconds Rodeo, June 15, 2025 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
The Veterans Memorial C does not allow outside food vendors to vend indoors. There is dedicated space outside, in front of the coliseum where food vendors can set up. While we do not charge a fee for vendors, we do require an application, approval from both 8 Seconds Rodeo and the Coliseum staff, and then a commitment from the food vendor to show up on time.
All Rodeo attendees are allowed re-entry into the building until 6:30 p.m. There will be more substantial signage this year indicating that. The food vending area is next to the Moda center which holds graduation on the same day. The earlier you set up, the more business you can catch from both events.
The Coliseum staff will give you load in times closer to the event in coordination with people traffic between both events. It is likely you will be asked to set up somewhere between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. The Coliseum door is open for the rodeo at 3:00 PM.
Vending will give you access to the coliseum bathrooms, but not to the event itself.
